About the Homeostasis project:

"It's all about balance", a lifelong saying that has found its way through generations as a weak watered down version of the wisdom we once had. The principles of balance are a central theme in many teachings and your day-to-day self-help books. 

As much as learning how to navigate duality, figuring out how to find balance between the extremes is an essential part of the human lesson here on Earth. Our cellular processes, organs and vital functions can only sustain themselves in a small range of a few degrees difference in body temperature. On a larger scale, this balance is also existing and we are closely interlinked with it. This balance is very fragile, and a miracle in itself to exist. Our current World is out of balance. The lack of our own internal understanding and a disbalance between mind, heart and intuition has caused us to disconnect from our roots and the natural world. Capitalism and our egocentric ways of exploiting the Planet has tipped her out of balance with disastrous consequences for everything living on it. Doesn't that mean that we are ultimately destroying ourselves? Luckily, just like we are able to bring destruction to the planet, we can bring healing and more balance.
