The concept of spiritual energy in the spine is deeply rooted in various ancient traditions and esoteric practices. Many belief systems, including certain forms of yoga, Kundalini, and traditional Chinese medicine, posit the existence of a vital force or energy that resides within the spine and plays a crucial role in one's spiritual well-being.
In yogic philosophy, the subtle energy within the spine is often referred to as Kundalini, represented as a coiled serpent at the base of the spine. Through specific practices, such as meditation, breathing exercises, and yoga postures, this dormant energy can be awakened and guided through the energy centres, or chakras, along the spine.

When unpacking, take your print out of the tube and place it on a flat surface for 48 hours. By adding some books as weight on top, it should straighten itself out easily!
